In coaching I offer space to consider what matters to you — and how you are actually living in relation to it.
You may already be functioning well — yet carrying more than you let on. Together, we explore what is happening beneath the surface. In time, what has felt unsettled can begin to feel more steady.
As insight deepens, change begins to follow. Over time, understanding settles into new ways of being. Coaching is practical and reflective, grounded in your real life. It unfolds through attention rather than force.

Sessions are 60 minutes, primarily online, with in-person meetings when possible and preferred.
Some shifts can happen quickly, though deeper change usually unfolds over time. I generally recommend beginning with 6–12 sessions. This allows the conversation time to unfold and for change to begin taking root.
An initial 20–minute conversation is offered to see whether this feels like a good fit.
